Kia Kaha New Zealand

Oscar:  I’m sad today MacIntosh.

MacIntosh:  Everyone is sad.

Oscar:  When we goes up to say hello to peoples it’s like them is not completely there.

MacIntosh:  People are worried about their families and friends in Christchurch.

Oscar:  It’s more than that.

MacIntosh:  Yep.  It is more than that.  We are all New Zealanders.

Oscar:  Wills people be sad forever now?

MacIntosh:  We will care for our wounded and bury our dead.

Oscar:  Which wills make us even more sad.

MacIntosh:  Then we’ll go to work.

Oscar:  There is a lot of work.

MacIntosh:  But we will do it together.  We will rebuild Christchurch.  Every kiwi is ready to put their shoulder behind the plow.

Oscar:  We wills walk tall and be staunch.

MacIntosh: Kia kaha Oscar.

Oscar:  Kia kaha New Zealand.

Horrific. Still trying to contact one set of friends. Somehow when it’s right next door it hits harder and I lived there for almost 20 years. Forever changed. Now Oscar & MacIntosh, I hope you didn’t complain about your food tonight!

Best thoughts with the Kiwis today.
